Writing Fractions to Percents-
You will write the fraction into a decimal, then turn the decimal to a percent.
Writing a decimal to a Percent you will move the decimal point over two spaces to the right.
*a percent is a ratio that compares a number to 100*
*if your fraction's denominator isn't 100 convert the denominator to 100*
